Hardware
In our Laboratory we are managing various hardware and we are performing measurement on different measurement stations.
- For development and testing of systems for control and regulation of electromechanical systems;
- for functional testing of protective systems in electrical systems;
- for user training of controllers SIEMENS S7-1500 and SIEMENS S7-300.

Description: intended for measurement of alternating voltage, current and power in one-phase and three-phases systems. A basic class of accuracy of this instrument is 0,2 % of a measured value. Display and acquisition of measured values are available in 480 ms at 50 Hz and in 400 ms at 60 Hz. The instrument is not intended for measurement of motors powered with frequency converters. It is initially intended for measurement of motors, hence it has two additional electronic inputs for measurement of revolutions and torque.
Additional equipment:
- current measurement transformers with shift of 500A/5A;
- a purpose of research equipment:
- direct voltage measurement up to 800 Vrms;
- direct current measurement up to 60 Arms;
- possibility of measuring revolutions with a signal of freqency up to 30 kHz (TTL input);
- possibility of displaying measured and calculated values.

Description: intended for measurement of voltage, current and power in one-phase and three-phases systems. A basic class of accuracy of this instrument is 0,07 % of a measured value of current and voltage, and < 0,1 % of measured power. Synhronizaton of acquisition of measured quantities can be carried out on voltage or current of an arbitrary channel. It is intended for measurement of direct and alternate measured quantities up to frequency 1 MHz. This instrument has memory 8 MB, which is available for storing of measured data and configurations (can operate independently without a personal computer).

- Soupori of nominal current 10A (measurement possible in range 0,3A ÷ 30A);
- Soupori of nominal current 300A (measurement possible in range 30A ÷ 1000A);

- measurement of voltage up to 1500 Vrms;

- possibility of analysing effective values in longer time;
- possibility of a harmonic analysis up to 99 of a harmonic component;
- possibility of acquisition of instant values of current, voltage and power (an oscilloscope);
- a measurement system for data acquisition.

Description: this is a modular I/O system for distributed systems in industrial settings. A modular concept enables far distance measurement of quantities with upgrading of appropriate models with sensors and simple connection of a measured location with a computer over Ethernet.
Remark: measurement of temperature with 16 thermocouples is currently available.
A purpose of research equipment:
- local measurement of temperature on a machine housing;
- data transfer over Ethernet.

Description: this measurement station is intended for measurement of linear electrical machines. Changing of primary and secondary winding is possible.

- determining characteristics of linear motors.
Description: this measurement station is intended for measurement of rotating electrical machines up to 22 kW and 3600 rev/min.

- a torque measurement device for torque measurement up to 1000 Nm and 3000 rev/min;
- a torque measurement device for torque measurement up to 100 Nm and 3000 rev/min;
- a torque measurement device for torque measurement up to 10 Nm and 3000 rev/min.
A purpose of research equipment:
- determining characteristics of rotating electrical machines.

Description: this measurement station is intended for measurement of rotating electrical machines up to 35 kW and 10000 rev/min. Torque is measured with a torque measurment device.
Additional equipment:
- a contactless torque measurment device for torque measurement up to 200 Nm and 12000 rev/min;
- a torque measurment device for torque measurement up to 1000 Nm and 3000 rev/min;
- a torque measurment device for torque measurement up to 100 Nm and 3000 rev/min;
- a torque measurment device for torque measurement up to 10 Nm and 3000 rev/min.
A purpose of research equipment:
- performing specialized testa;
- determining characteristics of rotating electrical machines.

Description: this measurement station is intended for measurement of rotating electrical machines up to 65 kW and 5000 rev/min. Torque is measured based on reaction with a force measurement device. It is possible to measure measured objects of basic hights 100 to 164, as well as others with clamping adjustments of the object.

Description: the station operates with a synhronous generator of 190 kVA, 400/460V, 50/60Hz and with an asynhronous motor of 105 kW. It offers altering frequency of supplying voltage in a range of 0 Hz and 68 Hz and supplying measured objects involving voltage with small factor THD.
A purpose of research equipment:
- performing specialized tests;
- powering of measured objects during determination of their characteristics;
- determining characteristics of rotating electrical machines.

Description: The measuring device consists of a mobile system for acquisition and processing of data with corresponding input-output interfaces. The input unit allows an installation of 16 analog input amplifiers. The current configuration comprises of four bipolar high-voltage amplifiers with a range from 20V to 1400V, and 7 low-voltage amplifiers with a range from 0.01V to 50V, the four of them with BNC connector and the three of them with banana plugs with isolation voltage of 1000 V. The bandwidth of the analog amplifiers is 2 MHz. The measuring system provides synchronous sampling up to 16 inputs at up to 10 MS/s. The system contains a number of additional modules and software, which provides operation and measurements in demanding industrial conditions.
