Utilization: measurement of characteristics of motors and load, as well as simulation of load.

Description: a measurement station enables operational analyses of electrical drives. The station consists of various types of driving machines and active load, which replaces real load.

Basic data:

Driving machines:

  • a DC motor of 3.3 kW power supplied with SIMOREG DC MASTER;
  • an asynhrounous motor of 4.0 kW power supplied with SIMOVERT VC;
  • an asynhrounous motor with three shifts of speed, with power 0.75/0.65/0.55 kW;
  • an asynhrounous motor of 3.0 kW with thyristor's power supply for soft startup.

Active load: an asynhrounous motor of 5.5 kW powered with a frequency converter and controlled with a program, which enables input of various load's momentum caharacteristics.

Utilization: power supply of one-phase and three-phases measured objects with various forms of voltage and frequency.

  • current ranges: range 1. 3 x 0-156 VRMS, 13A; range 2. 3 x 3 0-312 VRMS, 6.5A;
